Many people are using the internet to find properties. If you are one of these internet savvy buyers, then you should be compensated for the work you're doing. Brim Realty does that.
We offer a 50% rebate on resale homes listed in the MLS, and on new home construction and new home communities. If you buy a property using Brim Realty, then your rebate could be substantial, as the table below shows:

With our 50% commission rebate program, you receive your rebate check at closing. This is your money. You can do anything you want with it -- pay closing costs, buy furniture, pay moving expenses, take a vacation, etc.
The 50% commission rebate applies to all listings where the selling office commission is at least 1% of the sales price.

Our rebate program applies to new home construction and new home communities. However, for Brim Realty to be paid a commission, and in turn pay one-half of its commission to you, it is IMPERATIVE that Brim Realty be your “registered” real estate agent with the builder.

We will sell your home for a 1% listing fee. We are a FULL SERVICE real estate company. This commission fee includes the following services:

For homes with a sales price below $500,000, the commission is $3,500.
